What we’re about
Welcome to the East Coast Creative Writers Guild!
We are a diverse group of writers of varied abilities who like to gather together and share our love of the craft and process of creative writing. We meet online to offer a supportive, inspiring environment to encourage one another to expand their writing experience. Attendees can also receive constructive feedback if they wish.
Writers of all abilities are welcome, from beginner to published authors. We also welcome writers of various genres, including, but not limited to fantasy fiction, sci-fi, poetry, script and screenwriting, as well as songwriters and novel writers.
We do have a few rules for the group:
1. Enjoy yourself.
2. Engage in the writing process fully.
3. If you choose to take part in the critique/feedback portion of this group, please be willing to receive feedback as well s to give it to others.
4. Respect one another and yourself.
5. Respect others’ boundaries.
As we are an inclusive group, any forms of discriminatory or racist behavior will not be accepted.
