With beginner courses, private tuition for weddings, and bespoke lessons available, our experienced teacher with forty years of dance tuition experience will guide you every step of the way.

Our beginner classes are aimed at total beginners. I aim each class at the pupils attending and adjust accordingly. We have plenty of time to recap each week.
If you are an ex dancer and would like to refresh the basics step-by-step then yes, absolutely but please stick to the steps taught that week.
If you are an active dancer, I would suggest that you either book a private lesson, or attend one of our intermediate classes
We have weekly classes across Hertfordshire from Datchworth, Essendon, St Albans and Wheathampstead.

These classes are run by a professional dance teacher (Michelle Mansfield) who is also a qualified Ofsted registered early years SENCO childminder with 40 years childcare and dance experience.
These classes are very relaxed, and you're encouraged to interact with baby unless they fall asleep (it happens), sing along if you want but be warned I can't sing!
Cost
The cost is £7 which can be paid weekly or for a few weeks at once if it's easier. Cash or card is accepted at the door.Parking
Free parking at the venueWe will walk through a few routines based around Ballroom and Latin dances and steps, it won't be complicated, you can do as much of it as you wish.
The main thing is to get new mums together relaxing and getting some exercise, have a chat and most important share concerns, happy thoughts and leave with a smile.
The dance part of the class will last around an hour depending on how much everyone feels up to doing.
Then I pop the kettle on, get the biscuits out and anyone wishing to stay for a cuppa and a catch up are more than welcome.
I will be bringing some sensory toys/mats for the little ones.
All you need to bring is your baby carrier if you plan on wearing baby.

For those who have completed the beginner's course or have previous dance experience.
Come along and join us on the lovely dance floor for some general dancing and learn some new dances/figures.
