Metroplex Atheists is the longest standing secular organization in North Texas, beginning as a chapter of American Atheists in the late 1980’s. Our primary mission is to promote and fight for the separation of church and state. We stand for expanding positive secular values, human equality, individual democratic freedoms, and inclusive community for all members.

- Sunday Monthly Dinner--ChappsChapps Burgers, Grand Prairie, TX
Not able to join us for a Wednesday night social at Gilligan's. Don't fret. We also meet on the last Sunday of the month for dinner at restaurants surrounding the mid-cities and westward. This month we are joining at a new to us place in Grand Prairie. By expanding the borders of our meeting locations we hope to attract new members and old members alike. This restaurant does not serve alcohol and as always, this is a family friendly event. Hope to see you there!
