What we’re about
Welcome to the Mind Over Matter Book Club! We're a friendly and enthusiastic group dedicated to exploring the fascinating world of psychology and self-improvement through highly regarded books. Each month, we delve into thought-provoking works by renowned authors, such as Viktor E. Frankl's "Man's Search for Meaning," to uncover insights that can enrich our lives.
Our meetings are interactive and engaging, providing a supportive space where members can share their thoughts, experiences, and perspectives. Through lively discussions and collaborative activities, we aim to deepen our understanding of the themes and concepts presented in our readings. Together, we learn, grow, and support each other's journeys towards personal development and greater self-awareness.
In addition to our book discussions, we offer sessions focused on inspiring podcasts and video formats, providing even more opportunities for learning and growth. Whether you're a seasoned reader of psychology or new to the genre, you'll find a welcoming community here. Join us on this exciting journey of discovery and transformation, and let's explore the power of the mind together!
