This is more than a meetup group. This is a group of new girl friends who are into living consciously in the present and pursuing and attracting their dreams.
We are into stilling the mindđ§đťââď¸and moving the body.đ¤¸đ˝ This isnât just about superficial happy hour chit chat. Be ready to go deep in our Meetups, whether virtual or in person. Some of us are new in town. Others are native New Yorkers, and weâre all open to expanding our current circle of friends. We're mostly 30 and 40-somethings, with diverse backgrounds and lifestyles, married, in relationships or single and with or without kids.
What we ALL have in common is we are mindful, playful, fun, open-minded, spiritual, conscious about healthy living, and we lead with kindness.

This 10 am class heals the nervous system and aligns your body, mind and soul. So it is totally worth taking your Thursday morning off to join!
I've attended several times, and like magic, I always leave feeling clear-headed, motivated, focused, and inspired! Whether you're after focused productivity or emotional healing, just come and experience the energetic shift into your intended state.
Open to all levels, including beginners. Prior to joining this class, I thought Kundalini was for yoga masters, but no prior experience or knowledge is necessary. It's actually very, very simple, but powerful, so come drop in with us.
What is Kundalini? It's a form of yoga meant to help you become knowledgeable and aware of energy. Over time, movements were added to support the optimal flow in the body, but it is not your typical series of asana yoga poses.
What is Breathwork? A dynamic breathing technique that accesses the body's wisdom to promote self-healing. Itâs a holistic approach to healing the nervous system and reaching higher stages of consciousness.
How much: Donations of $20 (the suggested amount) are accepted at the door via Venmo, cash, or card.
What to bring: Mats, straps, blocks, and blankets are all available free of charge, as well as water, a bathroom, and a place to change.
Where: There are 2 Baby Cobra Yoga studios. Be sure to come to the Williamsburg location at 108 Bayard St, Brooklyn, NY 11222.
Don't be late: Please arrive at least 10 minutes early. If you are late, the buzzer may be off or the studio door locked. Please be on time.
