Welcome to the Women’s Mindfulness Collective, a community created by Holistic Lifestyle Guide Ashlee Sunshine, for like-minded women seeking meaningful connections and mindful living.
Our Goal:
To build and nurture a supportive community of mindful women, both in Los Angeles and beyond. Together, we’ll create a safe, uplifting space to explore mindfulness practices, share insights, and support each other on personal, professional, and collective journeys.
Who We’re Looking For:
This group is for mindfulness-oriented women who value connection, growth, and community. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or have been practicing for years, you are welcome here. If you’re drawn to conversations and activities that inspire deeper connection and self-awareness, this group is for you.
What to Expect:
- Connect over tea or coffee for mindful conversations that inspire and empower.
- Share insights, stories, and challenges in a trusted and supportive environment.
- Experience calm and clarity through meditations and Tibetan singing bowl sound baths.
- Build meaningful relationships with women who share your values and goals.
Important Notes:
- Space is limited, so please RSVP thoughtfully. Only RSVP if you fully intend to attend.
- If your plans change, update your RSVP promptly. Members who RSVP but fail to attend or communicate their non- attendance may be removed from the group.
- Please arrive on time, as we begin promptly at the scheduled start time. Out of respect for the group, anyone more than five minutes late may not be admitted to the meeting. If you know you are going to be late, send us a message ahead of time.
- This group is non-denominational and unaffiliated with any religion or organization. Our events are designed to foster authentic connections, provide tools for mindfulness and self-discovery, and create a vibrant, trusted community.
