Start your Saturdays with our Mindful Movement meetup, a no cost wellness class designed for all fitness levels. Held every Saturday at 9:30 AM in Riverdale Park, this class focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and promoting mindfulness. We will also have a Healthier Choices Challenge, where we will set small, impactful resolutions while enjoying the chance to win weekly prizes through our giveaway. Sessions are held in a comfortable, non-heated space and provide an energizing start to the weekend. Bring a friend and join the journey to a healthier you!
