Welcome everyone!
This group was created by two friends, Daya and Isabel, who are passionate about wellness and holistic practices. Together have 15 years of experience teaching yoga in different countries and learned (and continue to) from wonderful teachers all around the world.
We are now offering several classes and workshops in 5 locations in Lisbon and teaming up to bring unique offerings we have experienced ourselves through the years:

When it is awakened, it flows upward activating the seven chakras (energy centers), leading to an expanded state of awareness. Kundalini Yoga is in fact called the yoga of awareness, it was brought to the West during the hippie movement in the 1960s, when people were seeking ways to experience elevated consciousness, making this the perfect practice while also rebuilding the nervous system and strengthening the body.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Every class is unique and with a different focus, Kundalini Yoga combines several breathwork techniques, movement, asanas (postures), meditation, mudra (hand locks), bandhas (energy locks),
