The purpose of this group is to help others to discover a path of well-being in their lives through collective practice of conscious mindful living. We offer courses and classes in Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga, Intuitive Life Coaching and Energy Integration, in-person and on-line, in the Cork area. Open to everyone who might wish to look at the world in a different way and experience more balance and connection in the way they move through the world. To be part of a community of soul filled beings willing to shine light into the world.
This is a 4 week mindfulness meditation course, open to everyone who wants to learn about mindfulness meditation, bring the practice of mindful presence into their lives and to begin to cultivate a more awakened heart and mind.
In the 4 consecutive sessions (1.45 hours per session) you will learn to cultivate mindfulness and compassionate practices of the heart to nurture peace within and to cultivate inner strength and resilience to face the uncertainty of what life brings.

Enjoy a morning of rest and relaxation in the beautiful surroundings of Nano Nagle Birthplace, Mallow, Co. Cork, P51CV91.
In this half day retreat, participants will learn to cultivate mindfulness in their everyday lives. We will learn how to nurture the heart qualities of gratitude, joy and compassion, thus facilitating the work of transformation and healing in ourselves.
You will be fully guided throughout the day. The day will include short teachings, guided meditations and practices in mindful walking, mindful movement and mindful eating. There will be time given for self-reflection.
