The Mindfulness Collective is a collection of body, mind, and breath techniques to help you tap into your own innate healing energy. Join us for:

Meditation + Breath Work:
We incorporate the ancient yogic breathing practice of Pranayama (life force energy) through virtual guided meditations and mindful breathing practices. Pranayama involves controlling your breath in different styles and lengths to supply your body with oxygen while removing toxins, providing healing physiological benefits.

Yoga for All:
We offer adaptable, accessible, trauma-informed, and body positive yoga classes that incorporate essential yoga principles. Yoga for All meets you where you are and teaches you the tools to safely practice yoga in your own unique body.

Reiki + Pranic Healing:
We offer cleansing and restorative energy healing sessions that help release emotional blockages and relieve physical pain (by appointment). Activate your body’s life force energy to restore a sense of balance and harmony.
