We will try to walk through water the whole length so please expect to get your feet and maybe up to your knees wet. Also be prepared for minor scrambling but I can go only as far as my dog can go. If others in another car want to try the whole route separately, that's fine by me too.

But drive to this trailhead first to leave cars to be able to shuttle back if we reach the Las Conchas end.

Buddy system: Know your pace on a hike with similar distance and elevation gain and pair up with someone roughly on the same pace for safety.
Bring about 2 liters of H20, electrolytes if you use them, and a sack lunch. Don't forget hat and sunscreen.

Dogs: Will be tricky with the shuttle with my dog so please dm first
