Richard loves creative real estate and believes that private investors can be the solution to homeownership and the inner city problem. After getting a doctoral degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Richard decided to turn 180 on his career and went full time into his real estate business. He specializes in creating win-win situations in real estate, such as:
- Looking after those who can’t get regular mortgage and find ways to say yes when banks say no;
- Protecting our investors money and make sure they work 5-10x harder than sitting in a bank account.
- Taking care of our realtors and loan officers and help them close their “turn-down leads“ instantly
- Investing with both our head and heart into local communities.
Together with his business partners, Richard has helped over 250+ homeowners and investor finance a refinance their properties using creative solutions such as lease-to-own or contract-for-deed.
