What we’re about
Welcome lovers of Mt Tamalpais State Park!
Since 1983, the Friends of Mt. Tam have been volunteer ambassadors in support of Mt. Tamalpais State Park. We are the park’s official fundraising partner, working closely with State Park personnel to enrich its visitors’ experience through education, interpretation, volunteering, and stewardship.
This group will provide opportunities to join docent led Hikes and other ways to enjoy the mountain!
You can quickly join Friends of Mt Tam for as little as $25 at
