The NSANM program on Saturday January 18 will be online and feature two amazing presentations by two of NSA’s longest serving members and leaders; Stephen Tweed, CSP, and Elizabeth Jeffries, RN, CSP, CPAE.
Scaling Your Speaking Business with Narrow Market Focus. In this interactive presentation, Stephen Tweed will describe in detail how some of the top speakers in NSA have built significant businesses by focusing on one or more narrow markets, and by going deep into the content most wanted by leaders in that market.
Stephen will also provide specific examples of highly successful speakers who have focused on a narrow topic and have presented their expertise to a wider marketplace. Whether you want to build a narrow market focus, or narrow topic focus, this presentation will give you strategies and insights to grow your business to the next level.
How to Build a Long-Term Sustainable Speaking Career. Elizabeth Jeffries and Stephen Tweed have each been full time professional speakers for over four decades. They have also been leaders in the National Speakers Association at the national and local levels.
In this presentation, Elizabeth and Stephen will describe in detail how they have built businesses together and separately that have endured through the ups and downs of economic downturns and the COVID Pandemic.
