Join our Nature Wisdom Circle to connect with individuals who share a deep reverence for the natural world. We gather to explore our connection to nature through mindfulness practices, contemplation, meditation, and poetry. Engage in water-based kayaking experiences and receive suggestions for grounding and spiritually connective water meditation techniques. At other times of the year we will enjoy the rejuvenation of forest bathing in serene woodlands or other wild and inspiring places in our ecosystem.

Whether you are a seasoned nature lover or just starting to cultivate your relationship with the Earth, this group offers a welcoming space to learn, grow, and deepen your understanding of the wisdom of the natural world. Each gathering includes ample time for personal meditation and contemplation, and mindfulness practice. A sharing circle at the end of each experience allows participants who would like, to verbalize meaningful insights or experiences.

Diana is an accomplished kayaker, having explored the waters of 49 states. As a lifelong yoga instructor and energy (Polarity) therapist, she brings extensive knowledge and passion to her work. Her studies in various Eastern, Western, and indigenous religious traditions, along with her expertise in depth psychology and dream work, add a profound dimension to her approach. Diana infuses everything she does with a joyful spirit and a wealth of experience.
