Necromantic Book & Movie Club

Join us for our inaugural new horror book club event at Necromantic!
For April, we are starting off with a short book titled Wardenclyffe by F Paul Wilson. The book brings together historical fiction, Tesla, Long Island and hints of HP Lovecraft into a tale that falls into Wilson's broader mythos.
We can discuss timing and some fun horror/thriller/mystery themes for future book club events. Looking forward to kicking things off, setting our vibe and having fun delving into the fascinating world of horror fiction.

Join us for an exciting Reanimator themed horror book and movie club event at Necromantic!
For May, we are doing something unique and holding a themed event. There are two books and a movie … and the exciting part is you can choose to read/watch one or two or all three and we can still have a great discussion! Its mix and match Reanimator night!

• First on the list is the HP Lovecraft short story “Herbert West, Reanimator". It's the original that started it all in 1922. It was originally released in serial format at the time.
• Second, we have the novelization of "Reanimator" written by Jeff Rovin. It has lots of goodies that are not in the movie so it's still worth a read even if you have already seen the movie.
• Third, we have the Reanimator movie from 1985 direct by Stuart Gordon and starring the amazing Jeffrey Combs.

Feel free to choose any, some or all of the above for an epic Reanimator book/movie club event. Necromantic will be playing the Reanimator movies (yes there is a trilogy) on their screens during the event.
