This is a Meetup Group to share about my Yoga Events in Nevada County, CA. I'm KC and I call my business AcuYogini® because I teach Yoga and Self Care Acupressure.
The styles of yoga I are: Gentle, Yin, and Chair Yoga. I'm a Kripalu Certified Yoga Teacher, which is a style of yoga that emphasizes compassion and empowerment. I'm also a certified massage therapist and I integrate Self Care Acupressure and Massage into my yoga classes. I've been certified in yoga and massage since 2005. I'm registered with Yoga Alliance and a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider. You can learn more about me and my work at acuyogini.com.
Once a year I host a Weekend Yin Yoga Retreat in Nevada County. The next Retreat is June 6-8, 2025 in North San Juan, CA and it's called Summer Sanctuary Retreat: a weekend of Acupressure, Yin Yoga, and Sound Healing. Please Click here for more info.
I teach Beginning Yoga and Yin Yoga at Sierra College Community Education at the Nevada County Campus. I also teacher yoga class series and workshops at Inner Path in Nevada City.

This Retreat includes 3 classes in Yin Yoga and Acupressure taught by KC of AcuYogini. You are invited into a weekend of building your personal sanctuary through yin yoga and acupressure. A sanctuary is a of safety or refuge. The invitation is to go inward to find your inner place of well being through your breath, body, and relationship with Mother Nature.

Location: Willow Springs Lodge in North San Juan is located in Nevada County, CA. The Willow Springs Lodge is an 18 acres in the Tahoe National Forest and a short drive from the Yuba River. The Lodge is designed for intimate gatherings for yoga, nature walks, and quiet contemplation.
