We are a non-profit association, based and founded in Porto in April 2024, dedicated to the development, promotion and implementation of cultural and creative activities with local communities. For locals and internationals living in Porto.
Our main topics are social/cultural inclusion👫, gender equality ⚧️ and environmental protection 🌿
All of us, board members, have a background in event organization, facilitation and training and we met during different events that we either organized ourselves or attended in Porto (eg. Pavla is the founder of Meaningful Connections Porto, Yulia and Agita lead the group of imPorto). Theatre, improv groups, career coaching, improv dancing and other artsy occasions. Different nationalities, cultures, social backgrounds, connected by the interest in influencing the local society and environment around us for the better.

Personality, Temperament and You - Interactive Workshop
Have you ever wondered why you connect easily with some people while finding others more challenging? Do you prefer to plan ahead or go with the flow? Are you more energized by ideas or people? And how might we all grow into better versions of ourselves?
To answer these questions and more, join Yulia and Jim for a highly interactive workshop where we’ll explore our personalities through the lens of the Basic Elements (Earth, Air, Fire, and Water) and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI). Discover your natural communication and conflict-handling styles, learn how to motivate yourself, and engage more deeply with others.
Our facilitators:
🙋🏻 Jimmie White an experienced trainer and facilitator, holds an MA in Transformational Leadership and co-authored the Amazon #1 bestseller Designing and Leading Life-Changing Workshops. He conducts leadership workshops worldwide for governments, NGOs, and volunteer organizations.
🙋🏻 Yulia Utenkova an educator / Gestalt therapist with experience in the civil society sector. She dedicated 10 years to the International Voluntary Service movement, supporting local communities in Russia to initiate volunteer activities. And, besides all that, both are proud members of our NGO Décimas de Leveza! :)Entrance fee:
- 8 EUR to be paid after arrival in cash or via MBway/Revolut transfer.
- 1 EUR extra to be paid by non-members* of NGO (as one time donation for the association). *Membership options will be presented at the event.
