Who: Yoga & Meditation taught in English by Billy Potočnik, but ALL are welcome! Billy has 20 years of teaching yoga, meditation, breathwork, and leading yoga retreats around the world with his wife.

What: Morning Meditation & Yoga with Billy Potočnik.
Where: Parc Vigier (23 Boulevard Franck Pilatte, Nice, FR. It is about a 13 minute walk from from Port Lympia tram 2 stop. (NOTE: Location is subject to change depending on many variables, so please stay tuned in on the Nice Yogis WhatsApp Group!😀)
Meeting Place: In the park on the upper level (when you go in, go left and up the stairs) by the playground on the smooth ground under the trees.
When: Wednesday 9am (Please, do your best to arrive a little early, but SHOW UP regardless!)
Why: Start our day with meditation and yoga. Beautiful way to start the day!
How: €10 paid in person.
Useful Information: Bring your own yoga mat. Class is outside on the grass, dirt, or concrete. Parc Vigier is cross the street from the water. Club Nautique de Nice is just a block away where you can grab a cafe, croissant, and go for a swim! Also, lots of parking spots along Bd Franck Pilatte if you decide to drive a car.
Requirements: A positive and open attitude. We are all part of creating a warm, friendly, and open community holding space for ourselves and each other.

Where: Plage du Centenaire - Nice, France ... (between Le Galet & La Chaise Bleue/The Blue Chair)
From Tram line 1: Exit l'Opéra Vieille Ville, walk to Promenade des Anglais, take a right toward La Chaise Bleue (Big Blue Chair sculpture) and it's beyond that about 50 meters. Take the big ramp down.
Meeting Place: At our concrete practice platform on the beach at Plage du Centenaire.
