What we’re about
Welcome to NJ Outdoorsy Social!
We are a great group of social hikers always eager to meet new people and bring them into the group. Our hikes are at a social pace with no hiker left behind. We hike with a leader and a "sweep" (person in back of hike keeping track of everyone making sure no one falls behind).
We are inclusive and do not accept "cliques". All are welcome.
If you are new to the group and would like to join a hike but there is a waiting list-simply add yourself to the list and message the leader and they will move you to "going". We like to give new members first dibs on hikes.
Finally, should you wish to lead a hike or social event, please reach out to Jen (group organizer) and she will make you an event organizer.
