NJveg and Vegan in NJ have joined forces with Vegan Outreach to introduce new vegan options all over the Princeton area! The Vegan Chef Challenge (VCC) asks restaurants to add new vegan options to their menus for the month of October.
You can find the full list of participating restaurants on the VCC website. We'll have a Meetup at each restaurant, but feel free to stop by on your own and try the specials. Make sure to take notes, vote, and most of all, make sure to EAT!

The 87th in NJveg’s hiking/walking + vegan dining series will start with a stroll around Princeton. We’ll meet at Hinds Plaza, just south of the Princeton Public Library at 64 Witherspoon St. Dining afterward will be at Arlee’s Raw Blends, followed by takeout from Whole Earth Center Deli, for both of their Princeton Vegan Chef Challenge specials! Inclement weather date TBD.
