Join us on Saturday April 5th at 9:30am for a Christian Wellness Workshop where we will be discussing wellness from a biblical perspective. For example, such topics as: Is eating too much a sin?, nutrition, exercise, relaxation and sleep. Guest speakers will also be invited to share on topics related to "Christian Wellness."

The workshop will be held in the Meeting Room (ground floor) of a condominium building at 503 Beecroft Road (Finch Subway), Buzz Code: 2211.

There is underground visitors' parking on Lorraine Drive at the end of the road, turn left into the underground parking at push the button and let the concierge know that you're here to see Josephine Rinaldi in Unit 205 and I will open the garage door. Please turn left and park near the 503 Beecroft Road entrance (P1 floor), close to V4.

Go to through the door by a hand wave and then on your left hand side buzz 2211 and I will let you in. Then you could take the elevator to the ground floor. Someone will be there to direct you to the Meeting Room.
Space is limited so it is on a first come first served basis so please RSVP if you will be attending.
