Join a weekly Zen meditation class where you can slow down, reconnect with your inner peace and train your mind to be present. You will receive practical teachings, personal guidance and the opportunity to meditate in a group.

Each session explores a new topic offering a space to reflect, deepen self-understanding and cultivate mindfulness, clarity and balance—both in meditation and in daily life.

Beginners will receive an introduction to meditation, while experienced practitioners can refine their practice and explore new insights.

• 50' tea, teachings & chocolate meditation
• 2 x 25' meditation & 10' walking meditation
• Private guidance (during the meditation time, optional)
• Tea with Dharma friends (optional)

✅ 4 Sessions: €60 (valid 1.5 months - skip 2)

🌿 Guidance & Practice Package: €110 - includes 4 meditation sessions and a private counselling session with Julia
🎓 Students, pensioners, and unemployed: €7/ session.
