What we’re about

We hike in the Northeast!

Event organizers schedule outings to climb peaks on the various lists ranging in difficulty and location across the White Mountains, Adirondacks, Maine and Vermont, sometimes Massachusetts.

We welcome hikers of all levels to find their just right hike, but also please recognize you are responsible for your safety and well-being on any event. Event organizers are merely helping to get people together and are not taking ownership of your ability to complete a hike, that's on you. You need to be in good physical shape and prepared for conditions that exist in the great outdoors.

As a condition of attending any activity you agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify the organizer(s) and all members of the group from any and all claims for property damage, injury, illness, and/or death, including those caused by negligence and/or other reasons, including infectious disease. You also agree to assume all risk associated with any activity and agree to know and follow the Hiker Responsibility Code described at: www.hikesafe.com (http://www.hikesafe.com/

There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 and other diseases in any public place where other people are present. COVID-19 is a contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and even death. By voluntarily participating in an event you knowingly agree to assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 or other communicable disease. Your safety and health is your responsibility
