Sharing laughter creates a sense of belonging and encourages bonds through shared joy, making us feel more connected and less isolated. Physiologically, laughter releases feel-good hormones (endorphins), reduces stress hormones, and boosts immunity, while the act of laughing together amplifies these benefits by creating a ripple effect of positivity.
Our sessions combine playful exercises, deep-breathing techniques, and laughter to create an uplifting space. No jokes or comedy or sense of humour required... just your willingness to laugh and enjoy the moment!

Guidelines
- No experience needed, just bring an open mind and your willingness to laugh. Come as you are!
- Be kind, respectful, supportive, and mindful of others.
- Laughter here is about connection, not performance, every laugh is perfect! Leave judgement at the door.
- Focus on the shared joy of the moment and be intentional about presence.
- Silly exercises might feel strange at first, but they’re all part of the fun! Be open to playfulness.
- You might want to wear loose clothes and have some water available
- If you have gone through any type of surgery in the past 6 weeks, please check with your consultant before joining in.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, you may not be admitted to the session. This helps maintain the flow and energy of the space, minimising disruptions and the need to revisit earlier parts of the session. You’re always welcome to join us in future sessions!
