The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is rapidly emerging as a leading methodology for scaling agile practices across a wide range of industries. In this interactive session, Sebastien Bonicel and Shas Ruparel will deliver a concise, high-level introduction to SAFe, outlining its core components and offering insights into what participants can expect when working within or engaging in a SAFe program.
About the speakers!
Sebastien Bonicel is the regional delivery lead for the Nottingham region at BJSS. With over 10 years of experience as an agile coach, he has extensive expertise of different leadership approaches in the context of individual, team and corporate management levels. He has worked as a scrum master, delivery manager, is an SAFe SPC and has extensive experience of various agile frameworks such as Nexus, SAFe and LeSS. Sebastien believes that the best way to evolve in agile ways of working is to just get on with it and fail fast, learn and adapt.
Shas Ruparel is a Senior Change Leader with experience of delivering global Digital Transformation and Business Change into multiple industries including Financial Services. Shas is an Agile evangelist and SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), passionate about delivering change adopting agile methodologies.
