My partner Kyle and I have been investing in Cleveland's real estate for many years ... as CANADIANS! 

That's right, we changed countries because 1- we had a goal with a specific focus 2- we created a very enticing mission and  3- we wanted to help as many people as we could through real estate. 


We are young, we are focused, we have a mission, and we have drive! It's a winning combination. 

Since we all need to start somewhere ... and we've started from nothing but climbed the ladder ... one of our missions is to help other people create wealth through real estate. 

How do we do it? There's a few ways!

1) First, let's talk about home buyers!

- House hacking (my favorite strategy when starting out)
