Hi, I’m Mimi! I’m a Licensed Holistic Nutrition Practitioner specializing in women’s health and the founder of Nutristica. I created this group to raise awareness about women’s health, provide a safe space where you feel listened to, understood, and supported, and help you navigate your wellness journey with confidence.
I know firsthand what it’s like to struggle with menstrual issues—I’ve faced them my whole life. That’s why I’m passionate about sharing my knowledge and skills to help other women who are going through the same challenges.
