Get fit and have fun at Mile Square Park, by joining us for an energetic outdoor workout. Combining walking, strength training, and stretching in a fun, supportive group! Whether you're looking to lose weight, get stronger, or just enjoy an active lifestyle, this session is for you.
Each week, we’ll take a brisk walk through the park, stopping for step-ups, push-ups, squats, lunges, core work, and more—all designed to get your heart pumping! No one RSVP? No problem! I’ll still show up and we’ll have a great time together.
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, and this is a donation-based, no-pressure workout—completely free! Come move, laugh, and get fit with us!
