1. What is conscious dance?

Consent: Empower yourself! Use your body language to express your sacred "yes" and sacred "no" if you wish to dance with a partner.
No photos: let your experience be free of posturing, and free of needing to capture the moment ~ let your own heart do that, for you :)
3. What if I can't dance?
Whether you are a seasoned dancer or have never taken a dance class before, this beach dance was made for you. This is an embodied container where we are able to move freely - no posturing, no judgement. Just returning to our roots of movement and nature!4. Where on the beach?
