It´s so much easier to focus if you have some company !
we´ll meet on Zoom (I have a business account ) ; do some very short introductions , then switch our mics off and get crackin´ with our projects :)
Any issues or technical problems please drop a note in the chat - please make sure to keep your mic switched off , so as not to disturb the other attendees.
At the end of the session we will switch our mics back on and shortly sum up how our projects went .
This check-out is optional , if you have to leave earlier - no worries - drop us a nice little note in the chat how it went for you before you leave.
There might be some specific silent book club events ; where people shortly talk about the book they are reading at the moment ;
but mostly it will be a mixed session.

If you can manage, please try to join the event from the start as it´s so lovely to start with a good group energy.
In case you´re joining late and introductions are already over please mute your mic and drop us a short line in the chat what you´ll be working on and where you´re calling from :)
CAMERA "policy":
* at the beginning of the meeting / or if you join later (your beginning of the meeting ) - using your camera is obligatory to avoid zoom bombers
* later on you could switch the camera off once in a while for a couple of minutes- but please use it most of the time to create some nice vibe ; café atmo
* in case you have to switch off your camera longer than about 2-3 minutes for whatever reason (technical issues , overheating computer, naked flatmates dancing in the background etc., cooking dinner .... ) - please leave the meeting and rejoin us with camera when you´re ready again (on mute mode please ) .
That´s no problem at all - I get notified (very loud audible PLING sound ) when sb enters the Zoom waiting room :) You won´t be forgotten and you´ll will be able to rejoin easily.
