Welcome to our Online Yoga & Breathwork Classes group! Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a total beginner, this group is for anyone looking to deepen their practice and connect with like-minded individuals. The classes are led by Véronique Gauthier, a yoga therapist and certified Advance Breathwork Practitioner.
Our classes focus on both physical and mental well-being, combining traditional yoga poses with breathwork techniques to help you find balance and inner peace. Join us to stretch, strengthen, and unwind from the comfort of your own home.
