Welcome to Our Only Child Toddler (Ages 2-3) Playdate Group!
As a parent of an only child, I understand the importance of providing our little tots the opportunities for social interaction. This play date group is designed with this very goal in mind.
What’s the group goal? Our goal is to provide a time for our growing toddlers who are only children, aged 2 to 3 years old, to meet up and hang out together. We aim to meet weekly at a local park in Lakeville, MN, to foster our little ones' social interaction milestone in a supportive setting.
Who are we hoping to meet? We invite moms of toddlers who are only children to join us. Whether you're seeking playmates for your little one, looking to connect with other moms in similar circumstances, or simply wanting to enjoy a casual play date once a week for 30-minutes, this group is for you.
What will you do at our events? At our play dates, toddlers are expected to come as they are. They can simply hang by their mom or be encouraged to observe their peers and participate in play when appropriate. We moms are responsible for safeguarding our children while they engage. It's a great opportunity for them to interact, learn social skills, and build friendships. Moms can also share experiences and support one another in the unique journey of raising an only child.
