What we’re about
I’m Vish the host of the walks and also the founder of Onward Shift.
Every Wednesday we meet at Salary Brooks entrance on Bromley Road at 8pm and go for a hour walk to destress, make new friends and make new connections in the local area.
Theres no pressure to talk, maybe you just want to listen but be around people and thats completely ok.
In the winter months the walk will be carried out on public roads lit by street lighting and when the evenings are lighter we will go for walks through Welsh Woods, and other countryside walks some more difficult then others and some walks can go over a hour depending on our speed.
Onward Shift isn't just walks, we have many services from Coaching, Councilling, Public Speakers, 1 to 1 Accountability Groups, Podcasts, Blogs and a small online shop.
