In this ongoing online Zoom Bodymind Healing Tai Chi/Qigong class you’ll learn how each movement has four purposes: self-healing, spiritual unfoldment, self-defense, and changing your life stance psychologically. Beginners welcome. Tai chi/Qigong has been shown to enhance longevity, activate your immune system, limber joints, increase balance (physically and emotionally), etc. In each class you’ll learn the Bodymind Healing Qigong and learn one or two new Tai Chi movements. After class, for those who want to stay longer, we build community and have a discussion for ½ an hour about spirituality, politics or anything members want to talk about.
