We begin with Jamie Adams of Embodied Soul Magic, breathing deep grounded breaths into our body, awakening our aliveness and igniting our life force energy. Feeling that energy rise, we will breathe that fire into other areas of the body, and then move into Wild Soul Dance combining ecstatic dance, sacred tantric movement, and that which only your unique soul can express, without words, inviting presence to witness and our beings to freely express what's alive for you authentically. Allow the energies to move and flow inside your body, if emotions arise, feel fully in the present moment, and express whatever comes alive for you.

As we complete the dance and arrive in stillness, you’ll be invited to lie down and fully receive a deeply restorative Sound Bath led by Michelle Hummel of My Peace Guru.
✨ During the sound bath, you’ll be immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls tuned to 432hz, chimes, and sacred instruments designed to support:
