NYTT TAI-CHI KURS STARTER 07. APRIL 2025!
Vi har gleden av å invitere deg til et nytt Tai Chi-kurs i Oslo, Trondheimsveien 137, hvor du får muligheten til å utforske denne gamle kinesiske kunstformen som kombinerer meditasjon og bevegelse. Tai Chi er kjent som «meditasjon i bevegelse» og gir en helhetlig tilnærming til både kropp og sinn. Gjennom en rekke rolige og flytende stillinger vil du forbedre balanse, kroppskoordinasjon og fleksibilitet.
Treningen er ideell for å redusere stress, forbedre konsentrasjonen og øke mental klarhet. Tai Chi har også dokumenterte helsefordeler, som å styrke muskler og ledd, samtidig som det fremmer en bedre pusteteknikk og indre ro.
