Welcome! The idea behind this group is that each of us is travel through a unique “journey of life." As we reflect upon, share, and discuss Our Human Experiences, we gain insights through each other and ourselves. We learn to navigate the many paths and roadblocks ahead of us. And we can find healing, purpose, friendship, and community.

At OHE, we like to do a mix of speed friending events, sharing circles, viewing parties, workshops, reading groups, and anything else that inspires us!
This aims to be a friendly and supportive space, where we can:
- Connect with each other more deeply
- Learn and develop emotional, mental, abstract, and physical skills
- Discuss psychology, the cognitive functions, and wellbeing
- Have a good time!

We all like to think we make rational, balanced decisions—but what if the way we naturally gather information, weigh options, and act is shaped by unconscious preferences rooted in our personality type?
In this engaging Type Talk session, we will explore:
✅ A review of high-quality decision-making.
✅ How certain cognitive functions of your personality type create powerful, but limited, decision habits.
✅ What decision elements you may skip, undervalue, or over-rely on. And how this can create blind spots.
✅ How to tap into your less-developed functions, so you can grow into more complete and balanced decision-making.✍️ We will do a guided journaling & reflection activity, where you’ll have a chance to apply what you’ve learned to real-life decision you may be facing!
✨ Whether you’re someone who acts too fast, overthinks everything, or feels paralyzed by options, this session will help you see your personality more clearly—and make more conscious, empowered choices.
This Type Talk event will be facilitated by JJ Park, who is the BAAPT Director of Membership & Communications, and an MBTI®-based Transformational Life Coach.

Join us as we set goals, do work sprints, share motivation tips, and celebrate our wins! The office/café vibe we create together can help us focus, whether we're reading, answering emails, cleaning, etc. This can be particularly helpful for students, entrepreneurs, and those of us working from home.
- At the start, we share our goals for the round (or the day, as you choose.) Then we mute and work on them. Rounds usually lasts 55 minutes, but they can be anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours!
- At the end of a round, we'll open a "check-in" breakout room, where we can unmute and share how the round went and/or our next goals. You're equally welcome to skip the check-ins and continue focusing, by staying in the main room.
- Feel free to drop in and out anytime, as much as it helps!
