Welcome! The idea behind this group is that each of us is travel through a unique “journey of life." As we reflect upon, share, and discuss Our Human Experiences, we gain insights through each other and ourselves. We learn to navigate the many paths and roadblocks ahead of us. And we can find healing, purpose, friendship, and community.

At OHE, we like to do a mix of speed friending events, sharing circles, viewing parties, workshops, reading groups, and anything else that inspires us!
This aims to be a friendly and supportive space, where we can:
- Connect with each other more deeply
- Learn and develop emotional, mental, abstract, and physical skills
- Discuss psychology, the cognitive functions, and wellbeing
- Have a good time!

If you're anything like me, there's something you've been wanting to do for a long time - for years or even decades - but you keep putting it off to tend to urgent or practical matters, obligations, or even out of (subconscious?) fear. Let's put an end to this in 2025! And actually get started, and continue going throughout the year.
We'll have 50+ hours to work on our dreams in 2025.
Schedule:
7:15 pm - Check-in: What will you work on today?
The intention: To work on something that's IMPORTANT to you, but NOT URGENT.
Instead of "business as usual"... tasks that relate to your DREAMS!7:30 pm - DREAM Hour 1: 60 minutes to work on your dreams
8:30 pm - Break + Check-In: How did the hour go? What progress have you made? If you'd be comfortable with this, is there anything you've worked on that you could show us (even if it's incomplete)? It can feel encouraging to focus on what you accomplished, even if it's not much, or doesn't seem like much. Every little bit matters and adds up.
At this point, feel free to stick around, or leave if you feel tired or complete for the evening.
8:40 pm - DREAM Hour 2: 60 more minutes to work on your dreams!
9:40 pm - Check-out
9:50 pm - Close
Notes:
- There's 10 mins of "leeway" time that we can add on the check-ins, as needed. I anticipate for the first month, we'll want to add more time for the initial check-in, as we get acquainted with each others' goals.
- Your "dream" does NOT need to be a new project or business... it can be starting a new exercise program, decorating a room, reaching out to someone, etc. Anything you've been dreaming of!
- To help foster a sense of safety, camaraderie, and community, everyone needs to have their camera on during the initial check-in. As if we were together in-person! You're welcome to turn if off while we're working. (But keeping it on might help you focus!)
