HISTORY
You may be asking, why is MiniOcktoberfest so special? Well, there are countless stories, but in 2013, we learned that backpacking while drinking beers was a terrible idea. In 2014, we learned maps are not always accurate and who had the best sausage ever. In 2015, MiniOcktoberfest landed on Halloween so we tried to scare each other. On 2016's trip, side missions were officially born! 2017, 2018, 2019, were our first, second and third MiniOcktoberfests in the rain, but each of those years included more sausages, more side missions and so much laughing. In 2020, new Hosts, new fam and OG fam all came together over a perfect weather weekend for some much needed reprieve from pandemic lockdowns. In 2021, we experienced the "major scheduling conflict"! In 2022 we celebrated 10 years(!) with special guests from all over the world. 2023 was a bit rainy, but positive vibes all around. What will 2024 bring? Join us and be part of the story.A portion of roundtrip shuttle proceeds from this trip will be donated to the Everyone Is Welcome Fund by Ryde.
