Get ready for the holidays by learning to cook two new appetizers, and a side dish: (Chef can accomodate special dietary needs).👩🏻🍳
Appetizers:

Herbed polenta bites with 2 dipping sauces.

(Za’Atar) roasted acorn squash and pancetta ham crostini, (includes green apple) w/pomegranate molasses. Salmon can be subbed for ham to make this vegetarian.
Side Dish:
Potato Strata, (layered assorted potatoes sandwiched with mascarpone, wild mushrooms and spinach).
Above menu items can be modified, for dietary requirements. (Please message me prior to event). The 1 1/2 hour class is hands on. A hand out will be given at class with list of ingredients so you can duplicate at home.
The $59 fee includes enough food to eat after cooking and enough to take home. Please bring leftover containers and bring a thermal lunch box to store leftovers in your car.
The fee also includes snacks and non-alcoholic beverages throughout the class. You can also ask the Chef additional questions after class is over.
Hope & Main is a maker-space building located at 691 Main Street, in Warren, Ri. Parking and entrance is located in the rear of the building. We will meet inside at 5:00. Chef will not delay start of class for late attendees.
After our cooking class we can drive three minutes to The Guild Brewing Company located at 99 Water Street for drinks and a charcuterie board. View the full food and drinks menu at theguildwarren.com.
