About the Palm Springs Sunshine Sisters
Welcome to our community. Our primary objective is to facilitate meaningful connections and friendships among women through a variety of structured and enjoyable activities. The group is exclusively for women—both married and single—who reside in Palm Springs or the surrounding areas. Founded on Nextdoor in June 2021, our community now has over 350 members, mainly ages 50 to 80. We are committed to maintaining an environment that is spirited, congenial, elegant, engaging, inclusive, and supportive.
Our events calendar features a wide range of activities, including happy hours, coffee mornings, luncheons, brunches, dinners, wine and beer tastings, bowling, live music, dancing, cultural outings, visits to local landmarks, charitable initiatives, and outdoor fitness activities. While many gatherings are held in Palm Springs, we also organize excursions throughout the Coachella Valley.
Membership requires a $25 annual fee after a complimentary 30-day trial period. Please be advised that partial refunds will not be issued if a member resigns or is removed due to policy violations within the year.
