Inviting all our Pasadena neighbors and those from nearby areas aged 50+ to stay healthy with medium to slow-paced biking.
We believe cycling is a wonderful workout that keeps us active. It can help shape a healthy lifestyle, both physically and mentally, while aiding in weight loss, lowering cholesterol, and strengthening our legs.
Join our friendly group for a weekly slow ride around the Rose Bowl, complete with refreshing conversations.
It’s a great way to stay active, meet new people, and enjoy the beautiful Pasadena Rose Bowl scenery. We aim to start biking at 6:00 pm every Monday.
