See all- New Date: 4/23: PFS 2e #2-09: The 7 Secrets of Dacilane Academy [1-4]Born 2 Game, Woodbridge, VA
MOVING THIS EVENT TO WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23RD. I'm moving this game a week forward, to see if more players are available then since it was posted kind of last minute.
Pathfinder 2nd edition is an interactive role-playing game (similar to Dungeons & Dragons). The mechanics are easy to learn, and the rules are available for free! In this one-shot, you can jump in easily as a new player or join if you're an experienced Pathfinder.
****
The Story:
Dacilane Academy is a storied institution that sees to the education of many children of Pathfinders. However, the academy’s benefactor, J Dacilane, has recently heard rumors of seven strange phenomena manifesting on campus. Despite his doubts that these are simply imaginings of students raised on Pathfinder tales, J has called in a favor with the society to investigate—both to put his students’ minds at ease and for the good learning opportunity. But are there more to these urban legends than meets the eye?Scenario tags: none (but this academy and its founder shows up in multiple adventures!)
****
This scenario designed for 1st- through 4th-level characters. New players can use a premade sheet for one of the iconics: Valeros the fighter, Kyra the cleric, Merisiel the rogue, Ezren the wizard, etc for the level of the game. I'll have printed copies just in case. Experienced Pathfinders can bring in a society character level 1-4.
****If you have any questions, feel free to comment or message me on Meetup.
- PaizoCon@ Game Kastle 2025Game Kastle College Park, College Park, MD
After a very successful pilot year, PaizoCon@ Game Kastle is back! This Memorial Day Weekend, May 23rd - 26th, Game Kastle College Park will be hosting us as one of only nineteen FLGS's running various Paizo Organized Play adventures in-store during Paizo's normally online-only convention! Look forward to a weekend of the best Pathfinder and Starfinder games that the DMV can offer! There is no entrance fee or ticket purchase required – come as you are!
We will be running Society adventures for both Pathfinder 2e and Starfinder 1e from Friday night to Monday morning, including exclusive runs of Paizo's May releases. These include #6-16: The Heart of the City and #6-17: The Devil in the Details for Pathfinder, and #7-14: Final Assessment, the finale of Starfinder Society Season 7 - Year of Era's End. This Scenario is not only the end of Starfinder Season 7, but also functions as the finale to the entire system of Starfinder 1st Edition, as Starfinder 2nd Edition launches at this year's GenCon!
Can't wait until GenCon to get your hands on SF2e? We'll also be offering the Starfinder 2e Playtest Scenarios! The first two Scenarios will have pregenerated characters available for play, but the final two Scenarios require you to create a Starfinder 2e character ahead of time.
In addition to the above, all PaizoCon attendees (both in-store or online) have the option of participating in two Multi-Table Specials: Pathfinder's #3-99: Fate in the Future, and Starfinder's #3-99: Perils of the Past. Band together with players of varying levels as multiple tables play through the same Scenario, working alongside each other in a grand adventure!
The exact schedule of games is still being worked on, but in order to help us figure out what people are most interested in, and to gather information from those who'd like to GM, we are asking ALL attendees to fill out a Google Form!
Again, if you would like to GM, you must fill out the Google Form!
All games will be scheduled and posted on the event's Warhorn, where signups will occur! In order to participate in the convention, you must sign up and register for the Warhorn! RSVPing to this Meetup event will not get you any seats at any tables.
If you have any other questions, comments, or concerns, you may either email northeast.ventureofficers@gmail.com, or join the DMVOrgPlay Discord.
