Join us for our next breathwork gathering! Learn the practice that helps so many around the world find better emotional regulation and connection to the self.
Our practice is similar to the Wim Hof method but with energizing and calming music layered in to facilitate better connection to the breath. I will guide experienced and first timers alike in a breathwork ceremony that lasts approximately 30 minutes.
Participants typically experience a great sense of peace & calm, connection to self, and release of stress. Euphoria is also often experienced, some people even see visuals!
Chairs will be provided, feel free to bring your own portable chair or a mat if you prefer to lie down. Please refrain from wearing strong perfumes or cologne. It's also strongly recommended not eating a large meal within a few hours of the gathering.
We serve snacks afterward along with a roaring fire for anyone who wishes to share and connect with others.
Doors open at 7, the breathwork will start at 7:30. Peace be with you all!
