Female Performing Artists in Mid-Hudson Valley

OUR PURPOSE
Our purpose is to provide opportunities for female performing artists to socialize and network with other female performing artists. We will attend venues, shows, and social events that highlight and support the work of female performing artists and that allow us to build friendships. We will also provide workshops and activities to help us develop our art/craft.

WHO SHOULD JOIN
This group is for amateur and seasoned female performing artists--singers, singer/songwriters, musicians, etc.--who live in and around mid-Hudson Valley. We welcome all women including BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ women and those who identify as female or non-binary. This group might be a good fit for women who want to follow and support the work of female performing artists.

WHAT WE WILL DO

1. Build friendships and network with other female performing artists
2. Attend music venues, open mics, festivals, plays, etc. that feature women
3. Participate in workshops/events that help us hone our performing skills
4. Collaborate and share our art/craft at social venues
