We meet up to learn about and practice public speaking and leadership, free for guests to attend, improve your confidence and reduce anxiety in a safe and supportive environment.
Using a proven program for developing confident communication and leadership skills, the Toastmasters educational program provides a unique experience in a supportive environment to help members gain the confidence to speak in public that is unlike anything else available.
Are you looking for somewhere to practice an important speech? Doing so in a safe environment where there is no penalty for errors is worth more than anything. A chance to find out what could go wrong by carrying it out live and then getting helpful feedback on it.
We invite anyone who feels challenged by public speaking to attend one of our Cambridgeshire based groups and to take the opportunity to practice speaking in public.
You will learn how to become a great leader and develop, hone and polish your presentation skills. You'll create planned speeches, learn how to make impromptu ones, laugh, learn and be inspired to say something of meaning and value to the group.
