Does procrastination hold you back?
Do you find yourself putting off important career tasks despite your best intentions?
You may not know that procrastination is often rooted in emotions and negative past experiences, rather than poor time-management skills. No strategy in the world can help until you address the feelings, such as resistance, discomfort, or resentment, that arise in relation to tasks.
This is why you are invited to join this interactive workshop to learn how to overcome procrastination using EFT, also known as tapping.
We’ll skip the usual time-management tips.Instead, you’ll learn how to
- identify the emotions, such as fear, self-doubt, and lack of clarity, that hold you back
- replace them with positive ones that will help you become more productive and efficient
- do a practical tapping routine to use whenever you notice a tendency towards procrastination
Whether you want to be more productive in your current job or start a new project, come to “tap into action” and give yourself a much-needed boost.
SPEAKER BIO
Verena has been a chronic procrastinator her entire life, but didn't know it. She thought all she needed was to get organized. She read books. She watched videos. She talked to productive people, trying to follow their advice. Nothing worked.Mandatory tasks at work? Done at the very last moment at the expense of your sleep.
Other projects? Left for some day, which never came.
She had big ideas and wild plans that remained just that. She let herself down daily, ghosting her dreams, silently dying inside.
Until, in 2010, she could no longer walk due to severe pain in her knee. She wasn't injured, and doctors couldn't help. So she decided to give EFT Tapping a chance.
Thanks to EFT, she discovered her pain was caused by her suppressed emotions, especially anger, resentment, and disappointment.
And her procrastination? Caused by complex trauma she had not been aware of, rooted in emotions and negative past experiences.
Having experienced the life-changing impact of EFT, Verna is now passionate about teaching other midlife women to overcome the trauma and emotions that are holding them back and stopping them from fulfilling their dreams.
To achieve this, she uses her proven 4 Levels to Efficiency™ Framework, which uniquely addresses internal barriers such as past trauma, negative emotions, and limiting habits before moving to the external productivity strategies most coaches start with.
It is a perfect solution for anyone who is continually plagued by the crippling power of procrastination and has almost given up on finding the solution.
