What we’re about
Pilgrimage of the Heart Yoga has offered free meditation for over 15 years. Through our classes, thousands of people have learned the key principles of meditation: breathwork, mantras, visualization techniques, and more. Our primary meditation instructor, Sujantra, has taught meditation for over 40 years in 20 different countries and believes that meditation should be made available to everyone.
Pilgrimage of the Heart also offers weekly sound healings featuring crystal bowls, gongs, harmonium, singing, and more.
