Welcome to the Pitt Meadows 30s-50s Walking Group! Our group focuses on the social aspect of brisk walks together and enjoying meaningful conversation, while also reducing stress and promoting overall well-being. Walking speed will be approximately 3-4km/hr. Most walks will be short in duration (1 hr or less), and mostly located in the city itself, although we will walk the dykes or trails north of Lougheed on occasion, and at times, Maple Ridge. The idea is to get out and not have to go too far to make it happen!

Let's support each other in achieving a healthier lifestyle, while making new friends along the way. Join us for regular walks in beautiful Pitt Meadows and connect with like-minded individuals who are passionate about their health and enjoy the beauty that Pitt Meadows has to offer. Let's walk, talk, and learn to live well, together!
