Book Club Adventures:
These events are a great way to dive deeper into the literary scene, and while we’re not hosting them, they offer fun opportunities to connect outside of our usual book club meetings.
CLP is hosting a community discussion about future initiatives for the library.
From CLP's website:
Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh is reimagining the future of our Main Library in Oakland, and we want you to be part of the process! We are creating a Comprehensive Plan to make CLP – Main a more dynamic, welcoming and accessible space for everyone—designed with your input. This is your opportunity to help us guide future improvements and ensure that spaces, services and programs at CLP – Main meet the evolving needs of our neighbors.
Join us for a community conversation where we will:
- Share our vision and goals for the future of CLP-Main
- Participate in fun, interactive activities to hear your thoughts and ideas
- Listen to your concerns and suggestions to help shape a flexible community-focused plan
Light refreshments will be served. This event will take place in the South Wing Reading Room.
Reservations are requested, but not required.
